Sacramental Formation

Sacramental Formation includes Baptism Classes, First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, Confirmation, Pre Cana, Marriage and R.C.I.A.  

P.S.R.

St. Jude's PARISH SCHOOL OF RELIGION (P.S.R.) program offers instruction in the Catholic Faith and ongoing formation for parishioners  in grades in grades one through eight, who attend Public School in the area.

Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (age 3-6)

St. Jude is proud to offer the Montessori-based "Catechesis of the Good Shepherd” program for children ages 3-6.  This hands-on, experiential way to experience the gospel message is offered from 11:00-12:00 on Sunday mornings during the school year.

Children's Liturgy of the Word (C.L.O.W.)

St. Jude Church offers a special "CHILDREN'S LITURGY OF THE WORD" (C.L.O.W.) for children in grades one through three during the 11:00 a.m. Mass each Sunday.

Adult Faith Formation

Adult Faith Formation is a cooperative effort of the Elyria Cluster. The Committee is made up of representatives of each parish who meet regularly to plan and sponsor programs or events to foster education and formation in the Catholic Faith. Volunteers are needed and welcomed.
